Despite all appearances, Ella had a blast on our bike ride Sunday...However, we were a little embarassed when she pointed at a pair of "power-walkers" as we went by and yelled "dog!"... ;)

Poor Jamaica... ;)

Jamaica was so patient with Ella this morning (what you can't see in the photo is the sausage on the table...HA!). Ella just LOVES to play with Jamaica; Jamaica is less thrilled (of course, unless there is the potential for sausage). ;)
Also, seems like Ella and Logan could have a great conversation soon, between Lo's exploding vocab and El's "hi, bye, mama, dada, baby, OK and ball". She also tries to say "Jamaica"--hey, WE understand it!! :)

Here's a few pics from Ella's birthday party...Lot's of people, lots of food, and lots of fun! Ella just LOVED the chocolate cupcake, as you can tell... When we all finished singing "Happy Birthday" to Ella, she clapped right along with us!

Today Mommy and I spent the morning together, playing. For dinner we all went to Bahia de San Carlos--yummy! We made some new friends and visited with "old" friends and, of course, I was the star!! :)
Can't wait until my party on Saturday...!

Yesterday Ella walked, with no one nearby, all by herself! I missed it because I was cooking dinner, but she walked halfway across her bedroom to daddy, who was snuggling with her blanket...But today, momma got home a little early...I took off my shoes, and there goes Ella, trying to put my shoe on! She undid the velcro and tried to put her foot in--I couldn't believe it...crazy! (She must have been saving that little trick for me!;)

Now I see where she gets it from!

Happy Mother's Day

Here's Ella, sharing some blueberry and raspberry pancakes with me for Mother's Day...Later in the day, whlie shopping at Wild Oats and being carried around on Daddy's shoulders, she was a hit as she chatted and laughed at all the little people down below her. She had the whole place laughing at her! :) Spreading baby fever for Mother's Day... ;)
